Promoting, integrating and protecting rights

Our company is shaped by more than 20,000 skilled individuals from 50 nations worldwide. It is our mission to support them in their professional lives, protect their rights, and, where necessary, integrate them into the social environment. We take on this responsibility daily, viewing these challenges as opportunities to advance our transformation. To this end, we work closely with the works councils across our business divisions.

Integration staff as bridges

Within our capacity, we strive to create a supportive working environment in our factories and to facilitate the integration of our employees into society, where desired. Numerous native-speaking integration staff assist colleagues with private, administrative, and professional matters, serving as bridges between management and the workforce.

We provide training for our employees, support their integration, and help them learn the local language. We partner with relevant authorities and support organisations to ensure good living conditions, offering financial aid and sharing our expertise with local advisory services.

Human Rights Policy Statement

We are committed to our corporate responsibility to respect universally recognised international human rights. In this context, our aim is to integrate human rights and environmental due diligence into our actions, prevent associated risks, mitigate them, or address and resolve any violations that may occur.

Occupational safety policy

Only a safe company is an efficient company. This is what we at Premium Food Group stand for. Occupational health and safety (german: SGA) serves as a general guideline for the realisation and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety at all Premium Food Group sites

Anonymous whistleblowing system

An essential tool for promoting transparency and accountability is the establishment of effective whistleblowing systems. When direct contact with a supervisor is not possible, or if external stakeholders wish to provide information, we have developed a modern whistleblowing system. To ensure consistent and appropriate standards of social responsibility, all our production sites undergo verification based on the SMETA 4-Pillar Standard, which defines the four fundamental pillars of responsible and sustainable business processes.
