Our company is shaped by more than 20,000 skilled individuals from 50 nations worldwide. We take on this responsibility daily, viewing these challenges as opportunities to advance our transformation. To this end, we work closely with the works councils across our business divisions.

Integration staff as bridges
Within our capacity, we strive to create a supportive working environment in our factories and to facilitate the integration of our employees into society, where desired. Numerous native-speaking integration staff assist colleagues with private, administrative, and professional matters, serving as bridges between management and the workforce.
We provide training for our employees, support their integration, and help them learn the local language. We partner with relevant authorities and support organisations to ensure good living conditions, offering financial aid and sharing our expertise with local advisory services.
Human Rights Policy Statement
We are committed to our corporate responsibility to respect universally recognised international human rights. In this context, our aim is to integrate human rights and environmental due diligence into our actions, prevent associated risks, mitigate them, or address and resolve any violations that may occur.
