    Premium Food Group plans takeover of several Vion locations

    Subject to regulatory approval, the customary conditions, and final agreements, the Premium Food Group has reached an agreement in principle to acquire the beef processing sites in Buchloe, Crailsheim, Hilden, and Waldkraiburg from VION Food Group. The transaction also includes the hide processing facilities located in Memmingen and Eching-Weichenau.
