With more than 2 billion consumer packs produced each year, the sausage division is a driving force within the corporate group. At over a dozen locations, a diverse range of meat and sausage specialities is produced, always guided by the needs of both customers and consumers.
Products are created for long-established brands cherished by consumers as well as for private-label lines. The range includes everything from canned or jarred cooked sausages to salami sticks, onion mettwurst, and dozens of cold-cut variations.

Regional focus extends beyond taste
The success of the Sausage division lies in a mono-operation approach, where each production site specialises in a specific product type, such as raw or cooked sausages. Advanced, customised technologies and production processes enable flexible manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
With numerous sites across almost every region of Germany, the division also offers a variety of regional brands and concepts. These are produced locally and marketed within their respective regions.
