This involves not only the development and production of meat, fish, and sausage substitutes but also the creation of entirely new plant-based products. The product development team bases its work on the preferences and eating habits of consumers.

The Plant-Based Alternatives division offers a wide variety of products, ranging from vegetarian and vegan meat items such as mince or steaks to vegan salmon and various types of veggie cold cuts, as well as entirely new plant-based creations. These delicious and nutrient-rich items are produced in separate facilities.

Product development is crucial in the plant-based alternatives sector. Many employees in this division follow a vegan or vegetarian diet themselves, bringing personal insights to the development process.
